Visitor access, container delivery and collection
DELIVERY/COLLECTION TIMES
Commercial operations at RHE S.p.A. will be processed at the following times:
Monday to Friday
- acceptance from 07:00 to 19:30
- unloading/reloading from 07:00 to 19:30
Saturday
- acceptance from 08:00 to 12:00
- unloading/reloading from 08:00 to 12:00
RHE will be closed on the following days: 1 and 6 January, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November, 8/25/26 December.
Unloading and reloading bookings must be sent via email to our Operations Office at the following email address:
as per the following cut-offs:
- before 09:00 for operations to be carried out in the afternoon of the same day
- before 16:00 for operations to be carried out in the morning of the following day
Receipt and delivery of containers outside of the aforementioned times must be agreed in advance with our Operations Office.
COLLECTION OF IMPORT CONTAINERS
For containers subject to customs restrictions, the forwarding agent/customs office must deliver the bill of lading and any customs document attached to the Terminal office. The carrier must produce the regularly addressed and duly completed waybill.
DELIVERY OF EXPORT CONTAINERS – COLLECTION/DELIVERY OF EMPTY CONTAINERS
The delivery of full export containers and collection of empty ones must be notified in advance through a regular booking by the company; the carrier must produce the regularly addressed and duly completed waybill.
For the delivery of empty containers, the carrier must produce the waybill and bill of delivery issued by the company/agency. Alternatively, it is possible to deliver the empty containers in the presence of a waybill and authorisation via email by the company/agency, previously sent by the latter to the Terminal.
ENTRY PERMITS
Applications for entry permits to the Terminal must be sent to the Terminal Office at the email address:
The Terminal office will identify requests for permits to access the Terminal and requests for documentation to be presented in support of requests for permits to access the Terminal.
